About You

You're friendly, confident and naturally outgoing. You love meeting new people, striking up conversations and making customers feel welcome.

You don't need previous jewellery or retail experience - we're much more interested in your personality, attitude and enthusiasm. You're someone who enjoys being around people, has a positive approach and isn't afraid to get out there and engage with customers.

You'll take pride in your presentation, enjoy helping people and bring plenty of energy to the team. Whether you're looking for a first step into retail, a change of pace or a casual role to fit around your lifestyle, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Casual Jewellery Sales Consultant with James Pascoes Limited, you'll help customers find the perfect piece of jewellery, whether it's a special gift, a treat for themselves or something to celebrate an important occasion.

Every day brings different conversations and opportunities to make someone's shopping experience special.

You'll be involved in:

• Welcoming customers and creating a friendly, relaxed shopping experience.
• Chatting with customers and helping them find jewellery they'll love.
• Learning about jewellery, watches and the latest styles.
• Keeping displays looking fresh and the store looking its best.
• Working alongside your team to deliver great service and achieve sales goals.

The best part? You don't need to know anything about jewellery to get started. We'll provide full training and all the product knowledge you need.

Hours: This is a casual position, with shifts that can include weekends and some evenings. Flexibility is important.

We're looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity who wants to become part of the team and enjoy what they do.
