We're on the lookout for an energetic, passionate Full time Fixed term Sales Assistant to join our friendly team at our Pascoes Shirley branch. We genuinely enjoy working alongside our people, supporting and guiding them to succeed, and we're proud of the exceptional customer service we deliver every day.

This role is 40 hours per week Sunday - Thursday and perfect for someone who loves connecting with customers and being part of a supportive, motivated team.

You'll be a key part of the store's success by:

• Creating genuine, positive customer experiences and living our values and culture

• Achieving your personal sales targets while contributing to overall store performance

• Bringing a proactive, "can-do" attitude and supporting your teammates

• Paying attention to detail and working efficiently to make the most of your time

• Handling back-of-house paperwork and processes with care and accuracy

You're someone who:

• Has proven sales experience and truly enjoys selling, a real sales superstar

• Is confident, enthusiastic and naturally great with people

• Presents professionally and communicates clearly

• Knows how to handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns with care

• Loves building team morale, loyalty and pride in the store

• Takes initiative in promoting the store through merchandising, displays and in-store activity
