We're looking for a full-time Sales Consultant to join our friendly team at Pascoes Northwest. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding retail career with one of Australasia's leading jewellery retailers. You'll work on a Sunday to Thursday roster (39 hours per week), including weekends and late-night trading.

With more than 100 stores across Australia and New Zealand, Pascoes has been helping customers find the perfect piece of jewellery and watches for generations. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a supportive workplace where our people can learn, grow and succeed.

As a valued member of our team, you'll:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Build strong relationships with customers and help them find the perfect jewellery or watch.
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the success of the store.
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
• Merchandise jewellery and watches to the highest standards.
• Process stock, maintain store presentation and complete back-of-house administration accurately.
• Uphold Pascoes' values and contribute to a culture of excellence.
