We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our Hornby store, working Sunday to Thursday, with Keyholder responsibilities.

You do not need jewellery experience to succeed with us. What matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in helping customers. We will provide full training in product knowledge and sales techniques to help you succeed.

What Your Day Might Look Like

You will spend your day helping customers celebrate special moments whether it is a birthday, anniversary, engagement, or simply a meaningful gift.

Along the way you will:

• Build genuine relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service
• Work towards achieving personal and store sales targets
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive store environment
• Maintain beautiful displays of jewellery and watches
• Process, clean, and merchandise products to the highest standard
• Assist with store operations and keyholder responsibilities
