We have a great opportunity for fantastic and energetic filled Part-time Sales Assistants to join our Pascoes teams in Napier. We work with our teams, guiding them toward success and we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service. You'll be able to work weekdays, weekends, and when extra hours are needed.

Don't have jewellery experience? No problem! We will provide you with training.

Role Hours and Position

• Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday - 44.5 hours total per fortnight. Must be able to work extra hours if required.
• Available to work Christmas and New Year Holiday period.

Your Role:

• Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture
• Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store target
• Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing "can-do" attitude
• Support your team
• Focus on attention to detail, diligence, and maximising efficiency and time
• Understand and execute back-of-house paperwork and procedures
• Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising, displays, and other activities

About you:

• Sales experience is desirable
• You will be confident and enthusiastic - a people person
• You will be professionally presented and well-spoken
• Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and inquiries
• Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty, and pride in the store

You'll be able to show initiative, has a strong customer service focus and intelligence, with a punctual and driven character.
