About the Role:
As a Duty Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and maintaining a productive, high-performing team. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), requiring availability to work weekends, public holidays, and late nights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the management team in growing sales and achieving store targets.
• Meet personal sales goals by delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Coach and guide team members while fostering a positive and motivated team culture.
• Oversee merchandising, stock management, and cash handling duties
• Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Demonstrate leadership by upholding company policies and procedures.

• Holds New Zealand citizenship, residency, or a valid NZ work permit.
