Pascoes Nelson

We are seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to join our Pascoes team in Nelson. We work with our teams, guiding them toward success and we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service. The successful candidate must be able to work weekday, weekends, and when extra hours when needed.

Don't have jewellery experience? No problem! We will provide you with training in product knowledge and give you the additional skills to be successful in your role.

Role Hours - 12 hour per week:

• Monday 8.30am to 3pm
• Saturday 9.30am to 4pm

The Role:

• Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture
• Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store target
• Demonstrate a willing "can-do" attitude, and support your team
• Focus on attention to detail, diligence, and maximising efficiency and time
• Understand and execute back-of-house paperwork and procedures
• Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising, displays, and other activities
