About the Role:

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and successfully. You will support the Store Manager in leading the team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

A big part of your role will involve driving sales, achieving targets, and creating an engaging shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. You will train and mentor staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture while ensuring the store's visual merchandising and presentation reflect the Pascoes brand.

What We're Looking For:

• Retail leadership experience with a proven track record of driving sales.
• Strong customer focus - you genuinely care about delivering exceptional service.
• A motivated and energetic attitude with a passion for teamwork.
• Confidence in coaching and motivating staff to achieve their best.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, polished approach.
• Availability to work Sunday to Thursday, including late nights and public holidays as required.
